The numbers are in for the month of May… we had approximately 600 fewer active listings than May 2014 and yet more than 900 property sales!
That’s a 27% increase over last May. The prices are starting to reflect the activity as well. In high demand areas where inventory is limited, we are seeing pressure on pricing in the form of multiple offers, often taking the sale price well over list.
